Q: What do you charge to create a website?
A: Well, it truly depends on the scope and complexity of the website. It could be as little as a few hundred dollars, or as expensive as several thousand. Feel free to get other quotes from other designers. I think you’ll be quite happy with my price per quality.

Q: How long will it take to complete my site?
A: Your site will be completed as quickly as possible. Small to mid-sized websites generally will not take more than one to two weeks. Larger and more complex sites will take longer. You will be given an estimated timeframe. Keep in mind, that it is generally the client’s lack of content that holds up the process. So, please provide all of the content that is required in a timely manner.

Q: Do you take care of domains and hosting, or do I have to take care of that myself?
A: I’ll take care of everything. I’ll secure your domain and setup hosting for you.

Q: What is the monthly fee for hosting?
A: $15 per month. This also grants you one free hour of maintenance and updates of any kind per month.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. I prefer 50% up front and 50% after completion.

Q: Will you make my company come up first in Google?
A: I’ll do everything in my power to make sure that you rank well in all the standard search engines. However, if your business is new and hasn’t been online, you can’t expect to be first in every search query. We’ll need to start small and work our way up. Be very wary of companies that say they can get you to the top of search engines in a few days or weeks.

Q: Where do we meet?
A: If we decide to meet in person, meetings will be held at a local coffee shop or your place of business. However, I’ve worked on numerous projects where I’ve never me the client in person. It all depends on the situation.

Q: I don’t know anything about Facebook (social media), but I know I need to be on there to help my business. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. Although not all businesses need social media interaction, I can make this happen for your site if it is needed.

Q: I need to setup a newsletter and email blasts. Can you help with this?
A: Yes, I can help you by setting everything up. Either you can send out the emails, or I can do it for you, depending on your comfort level.
