Q: Monthly help? What does that mean?
A: Basically, it means that I'm on call to take care of any computer/graphic/web work that needs to be taken care of. There's no setting up a time, negotiating a price or other delays. It just gets done.
Q: What do you charge per month?
A: It depends on what type of help you'll need, and how much time is expected.
Q: I only need help with graphics. I don't need computer or web help. Is that ok?
A: Absolutely. I have a multitude of clients that I only offer one type of service per month. Every cient is custom.
Q: Does this include emergency help? As in, if my computers go down, will you come out and make sure that everything is fixed, no matter how long it takes?
A: Yes. When we are setup on a monthly agreement, your productivity is a priority.
Q: What if I decide that your service is no longer needed?
A: No worries. Just let me know at any time. I'm easy to work with.
Q: I have several friends that own other companies, and we'd like to go in together to get a discount. Do you offer this?
A: Absolutely. We can meet and discuss your needs, and an appropriate price will be agreed upon.
